Yoga (as) Therapy

Yoga for healing and self-care

With my Yoga Therapy sessions, I offer you healing modalities to apply yoga as self-care. Not only on the yoga mat, but especially in daily life.


Yoga (as) Therapy can be very beneficial when:

  • dealing with physical limitations, injuries or ailments

  • suffering from (chronic) pain

  • vague (undiagnosed) physical symptoms trouble you

  • recovering after operation or illness

  • on an emotional level space and softening is needed (e.g. in the mourning process, with stress symptoms and burnout)


Yoga Therapy

Depending on your needs and wishes, your personal yoga therapy sessions can be composed of gentle Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama (breathing), meditation, or a combination of these practices.


I am trained to offer Yoga Therapy in the tradition of Sri T. Krishnamacharya. I have studied with A.G. Mohan, Indra Mohan, Dr. Ganesh Mohan and Dr. Günter Niessen from Svastha Yoga & Aryurveda.
