My yoga classes and sessions are designed to improve health and wellbeing on all levels - mind, body and soul. I guide you in practicing functional yoga, which means we focus on your personal abilities and experience in stead of what you or your yoga practice should look like.
I believe yoga is for every body and that regular yoga practice gives all of us a more beautiful, more meaningful and more balanced life.
I share yoga in a manner that welcomes both beginning and more advanced yogis. Yoga classes and sessions with me are marked by gentleness, a lot of personal care and attention, offering sufficient space to explore and push your physical as well as mental boundaries in a very gentle way.
My aim is to give you inspiration and courage to bring the principles of yoga off the mat into daily life, as that is where our real yoga practice begins.
